Ordering
Depending on the work load, orders may take 14 to 21 business days to build. If you do not wish to order via the website or the ebay store, please keep in mind that we do not take credit card numbers over the telephone, fax, regular mail or email for these type orders you will need to pay with either a cashiers check, money order or personal check. (a personal check must be cleared before work on the project will start) If you wish to use a credit card, please use the links provided on the pages.

NSF Checks
Non-Sufficient fund checks will be assessed a $25.00 service charge. For any amount not collected within 30 days an additional charge of 1 1/2% per month will be added to the outstanding balance. Uncollected checks will be turned over for collection and the check writer will be liable for all collection costs.

COD's
There are no COD orders.

Returning Merchandise
We are happy to accept returns and you do not need to call for authorization first. All returns must be made within 30 days from the date you recieve the order, must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice along with a written explanation of why the item is being returned, if at all possible it must be sent back in its original box and packing material, must be unaltered when returned. There are no refunds on special/custom orders or pet urns without checking with me first. If you order an item and change the stains and/or felts that is considered to be standard and/or shown in the pic on the website, this automatically becomes a special order. If you have received your order and it is damaged, please return it to your post office and fill out the necessary forms for insurance to pay for damages, I will be notified and I will then email you to let you know what is being done. If you are ordering a different item in exchange for the item you are returning, please add $8.50 to cover postage. Whitewolf's Custom Wood Work is not responsible for postage on returned items.

Shipping Rates
All items will be shipped regular mail, shipping fees will vary according to what item is purchased as well as how many items are purchased. There will be a handling fee added to your total.
International orders will need to email us at International Orders to find out the actual shipping costs. You will need to send your entire mailing address just as it would appear on the package when it is shipped so as to prevent any errors on my part.

Wholesale Orders
If you wish to order for resale purposes, you will need to email me with a list of items you want as well as the quantity and I will email you back with a total. If you are reselling my items, please keep in mind that they are built by me and will have my logo and company name stamped on them. I will need a minimum of a 30 day notice for any wholesale orders over 5 items.
